The Canon Mx340 is the super printer of the Canon home office wireless all-in-one inkjets. This printer is aimed for the small home office area. This is my Canon Pixma Mx340 reviews. It features WiFi wireless and elective wireless printing from Bluetooth enabled phones. It has a 30 page full duplex document feeder and high speed fax capability. The 30-sheet Adf folds out and can hold up to 100 sheets. The maximum document size is 8.5 x 14 inches for copying, scanning, or faxing. It can also print from PickBridge compatible camera phones and digital cameras without a computer.
This wireless printer boasts lab quality photo printing with resolutions to 4800 x 1200 dpi. Scan resolution is 1200 x 2400 dpi. For a home office printer the print speed is good at 8.4 ipm in black and 4.8 ipm in color. Ipm means images per wee and is the new print speed standard that is equal to 4 pages in Word, Excel and Pdf documents. The Canon Mx340 also has the Auto Photo Fix Ii for the best color photos.

The look of the Pixma Mx340 is sleek and curvy, with a gray and black design, with expedient quick keys. It has a front and back paper feeder that can hold 100 pages each and fold in while not in use. I plan that is a neat feature. The Canon is well designed and though this is at the lower end of Canon's home office printers, it doesn't feel flimsy or cheap.
This printer has two ink cartridges, one black and one tri-color. They are available in standard, and larger size. I would advise using the larger size because they do last so much longer.
This Canon printer did very well with photo quality. Prints out best pictures than the drugstore prints by far. With the naked eye at a quarterly length you cannot see any streaks or runs from the ink. If you look real close you may start looking some runs. But this is a home office printer.
